Caffe Piazza was brought to life by Gennaro Constabile, a restaurateur from Naples, Italy with 25+ years of experience. He took Chef Antonio under his wing in 1997, training him and teaching him the ins and outs of Restaurant business. Antonio, eventually, took over the reigns of Caffe Piazza from Gennaro. In 2007, Caffe Piazza opened up its full-service Catering and Party Rental division as CP Caterings.
Today, Antonio is the Owner and the Executive Chef of Caffe Piazza and CP Caterings, a role that he takes much pride and satisfaction in.
Antonio Ruffa grew up Calabria, Italy in a large family with 3 siblings. His passion for cooking comes from his Mom, Francesca, who taught him the nuances of authentic Italian cooking. He formally trained and graduated from the Institute of State in 1993 with a degree in Art and Culinary Sciences. Antonio honed his skills at the top hotels in Milano Marittima, Italy before moving to the US in 1993.
Now with 20+ years of Culinary experience under his belt, Antonio continues serving mouth-watering cuisine to his guests through Caffé Piazza and CP Caterings.
