Antonio Ruffa grew up Calabria, Italy in a large family with 3 siblings. His passion for cooking comes from his Mom, Francesca, who taught him the nuances of authentic Italian cooking. He formally trained and graduated from the Institute Alberghiero of State in 1993 with a degree in Art and Culinary Sciences. Antonio honed his skills at some of he top hotels in Milano Marittima, Italy before moving to the US in 1993.

Now with 35+ years of Culinary experience under his belt, Antonio continues serving mouth-watering cuisine to his guests through Caffé Piazza and CP Caterings.
